		<description>interesting. I&#039;ve had this product for 5 years already. I broke one blade but I do have a pack of refills waiting to be used. I used this mainly for circle labels that were too big for the tins I bought. It worked fine. I&#039;ve used it on paper and photos. I even used this on felt (not craft felt, mind you).  Maybe you got the defective one? Mine still works like a charm.</description>
